*Lang’s first term as Governor of the Republican Union of Terranova began in 2034, under the Terranovan Articles of Union...before that, he was the Governor of the AmeriKKKan state of Martinez, and Governor of the provisional Union government which ran the planet between Enosis, on 29 February, 2032, and the ratification of the Terranovan Articles of Union on 7 November, 2034.

Yanker PMs:

* Paul Houimika Jr. was the prémier of the Free Republic of Terranova and prime minister of the provisional Union government which ran the Union between 29 February, 2032 and the first elections under the Articles of Union on 7 November, 2034.

**All three men claimed they were the lawfully-installed governor following the bitterly-contested 2050 elections between Arnall, the prime minister, Melvin Thompson and Herman’s son Eugene. The compromise(known as the Scottsboro Agreement) which ended the Three Governor’s War in December of 2050 installed Herman Tallmand as Prime Minister and Thompson as Governor.

***From 2110-2126, Benjamin Zellner was both Governor and Prime Minister of the Union, in defiance of the Articles Of Union, though the Supreme Court in Atlanta Three upheld his right to hold both posts simultaneously under the provisions of the Union Security Act. He remained Prime Minister of the Union until his death in 2170.
